Do not hide your face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, O God my Savior. Psalm 27:9
God is spirit and a spirit has no hands, feet, eyes or chest. The expressions used about His eyes or the hand of God or sitting at the feet of God all communicate ideas. The fancy word is anthropomorphism, attributing physical characteristics to a divine being. It would then be impossible for God to communicate using body language.
God can clearly communicate in words and thoughts and does not need the extra support of body language, like humans communicate on two levels—what they say and how they say it.
Jesus, on the other hand, who is in a physical resurrected form, could communicate with body language since He has hands and feet.
The Bible says that when we die will we see the face of God. Is that literal or figurative? Hard to say. God could have a spiritual face or a look that we can see and recognize. It's unlikely he has eyebrows and ear lobes.
