Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests.”  Luke 2:12-14

The word used here for praise could mean singing, but it also means proclaiming.  The angels could be saying this statement loudly.  The words "choir" or "choirs" does not appear in the Bible in relation to angels.  Only people.
