A belly button is a scar on the abdomen from the umbilical cord.

If there was no umbilical cord, then there was no scar and thus no belly button.

Since Adam and Eve were not created inside a womb and attached to a mother by an umbilical cord, then the answer is no.  Adam and Eve did not have belly buttons.
