I know that my redeemer lives,
and that in the end he will stand on the earth.
And after my skin has been destroyed,
yet in my flesh I will see God;
I myself will see him
with my own eyes—I, and not another.
How my heart yearns within me! Job 19:25-27

Yes you will. If
you are a believer in God and know that Jesus Christ died for your sins as a
payment on the cross for the debt of your sins, you are born again, a new creation. Your relationship with God extends now and
into eternity.
When you die you will be with God and see Him
face-to-face.
However, if you have not humbled yourself before God and
reject God, then God will not allow you into His presence. You will live apart from God but you may see
him on Judgment Day, the day your receive your sentencing from the supreme
judge and declared guilty. That glimpse
of God will be your last.
Far better to make sure you will see God forever, then
only on your court date.
