No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13

            Paul in the Bible said temptation cannot overtake you.  It will attack you, yes, but God will offer a way out.  What is that way?

·         Prayer – turn to God and cry out for help.

·         Bible – start reading the Bible or reciting verses you’ve memorized.

·         Confession – contact other Christians and tell them what you’re struggling with.

·         Circumstances – sometimes God will cause the phone to ring or a knock at the door.

            If you are a believer, sin no longer has a hold on you.  God will rescue you but you must want to be rescued.
